Welcome Bonuses

At Westpoint Casino, you get 2 Welcome Bonuses.

1st Deposit Bonus

Your very first deposit at Westpoint Casino comes with a 100% Bonus. That means we’ll double whatever you deposit – up to R4,500. To get it, you just deposit as little as R150 or more. This is how you get it:

Go to the cashier.
Enter the code 108831 in the Bonus code field.
Select a deposit amount of R200 or more.
Complete the deposit process.

Example of the 1st Deposit Bonus

The idea of the 1st Deposit Bonus is simple. When you deposit R200, we give you another R200 to play with. That means you’ll have R400 in total in your casino balances. You’re depositing R4,500? Then you get another R4,500 – which means you have a total of R9,000 to play with. You’re welcome to deposit more than R4,500, but then you’d still get a R4,500 Bonus.

1st Deposit Bonus rules

Because our Welcome Bonus is added to your Bonus Balance (more about that further below), it comes with a few rules:

The minimum deposit is R200.
The maximum Bonus offered is R4,500.
The Bonus percentage is 100%.
The wagering requirement for the Bonus from the first deposit Bonus is twenty times (20x) the Bonus amount + twenty times (20x) the deposit amount.
The Bonus remains valid for 7 days.

2nd Deposit Bonus

When you deposit a second time, we give you a 50% Bonus. This Bonus also goes up to R3,500. This is how you get it:

Go to the cashier.
Enter the code 108833 in the Bonus code field.
Select a deposit amount of R400 or more.
Complete the deposit process.

Example of the 2nd Deposit Bonus

When you deposit R1,000, we give you an extra R500 to play with. Want to deposit an even R3,500? That comes with R1,750 extra. The maximum Bonus is R3,500. So, if you would deposit R8,000, for example, you’d get R3,500 instead of R4,000.

2nd Deposit Bonus rules

Like the 1st Deposit Bonus, the 2nd Deposit Bonus comes with a few rules:

The minimum deposit is R400.
The maximum Bonus offered is R3,500
The Bonus percentage is 50%.
The wagering requirement for the Bonus from the second deposit Bonus is twenty times (20x) the Bonus amount + twenty times (20x) the deposit amount.
The Bonus remains valid for 7 days.

Wagering requirements: how do they work?

We’ve mentioned the wagering requirement each Welcome Bonus comes with. But how does it work? It’s quite simple.

You have 3 balances

In your account you’ll notice 3 balances:

Your Balance: This is the total of your Withdrawable Balance and Bonus Balance.
Withdrawable Balance: The money you see here is free for you to withdraw. You can also use this money to clear any wagering requirements.
Bonus Balance: In this Balance you see all the Bonus money you’ve received. To withdraw this money, you need to fulfill the wagering requirement first. Each Bonus remains active for 7 days.

Fulfilling your wagering requirement

If there’s money in your Withdrawable Balance, you always play with that first – and work towards fulfilling the wagering requirement for any Bonuses. Once your Withdrawable Balance is empty, you start wagering your Bonus Balance – and stop fulfilling the wagering requirement. If this happens and you want to keep fulfilling your wagering requirement, just make a new deposit.

Requesting a withdrawal

It may happen that you want to withdraw money from your Withdrawable Balance while you still have active and/or queued Bonuses. In the following scenarios the following actions take place when you withdraw money:

You have 1 active Bonus: Your Bonus Balance will be cleared.
You have 1 active and 1 queued Bonus: The queued Bonus will be deleted.
You have 1 active and 2 or more queued Bonuses: The first queued Bonus will be deleted.

Free Spins

In addition to Bonuses, we have all kinds of promotions featuring Free Spins. You can score unlimited real wins with these Free Spins. To keep things fair, we add these winnings to your Bonus Balance. This means they are bound by the same 40x wagering requirement as our Bonuses.

No-deposit Bonuses

Not all our Bonuses require a deposit. You could be credited a Bonus without the need to deposit. Such a no-deposit Bonus is bound by a 50x wagering requirement. Also, the maximum payout of the no-deposit Bonus and its winnings is 5x the Bonus amount.

General Bonus Rules

Whenever we hand out a Bonus, these standard rules apply:

You can bet up to R75 per game round using Bonus money.
All Bonuses are valid for 7 days after they’ve been awarded to your account.
The standard wagering requirement for our Bonuses is twenty times (20x) the Bonus amount + twenty times (20x) the deposit amount, but sometimes it may differ. If it does, we’ll let you know.
All times and dates we mention in promotions are given in CEST.
The contribution rate of our games in fulfilling the wagering requirement is as follows:
- Bets placed on Slot Games count for 100%.
- Bets placed on Scratch Card Games count for 100%.
- Bets placed on Blackjack Games count for 10%.
- Bets placed on Video Poker Games count for 10%.
- Bets placed on Poker Games count for 10%.
- Bets placed on Roulette, Baccarat, Craps, and Sic Bo do not count.
- Bets placed on Live Casino Games do not count.
